Heavy-Duty Electro-Hydraulic and Mechanical Dock Levelers
DoorHan dock levelers are engineered to create a secure, smooth bridge between warehouse loading docks and transport vehicles of varying heights. Constructed with high-strength non-slip teardrop steel decking and reinforced subframes, these levelers accommodate heavy forklift traffic and dynamic loading forces.
- Swing-Lip Levelers (DLHH): Classic rotating lip design engineered for high-throughput standard trailer loading operations.
- Telescopic-Lip Levelers (DLSN): Precision sliding lip extending up to 1,000 mm for side-loading and thermal cold-store vehicle connections.
- Safety Engineering: Integrated hydraulic emergency stop valves, yellow/black safety warning markings, and maintenance safety prop struts.
- High Load Capacities: Standard dynamic load ratings of 60 kN (6 tons) and optional heavy-duty 100 kN (10 tons) executions.
All DoorHan dock levelers comply strictly with European standard EN 1398 and undergo 100% factory pressure and cycle testing.
