These Terms of Use govern the access and commercial utilization of technical specifications, CAD/BIM files, product configurations, and digital assets provided across the DoorHan global B2B digital portal (doorhan.com).
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any resources on doorhan.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you represent a legal entity (such as a general contractor, architectural bureau, or authorized dealership), you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity to these terms.
02 Intellectual Property Rights
All content featured on this portal—including but not limited to engineering blueprints, product industrial designs, brand marks, photography, videos, 3D renderings, and proprietary software—constitutes the intellectual property of DoorHan and is protected under international copyright, trademark, and patent conventions.
Reproduction, re-engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized commercial resale of DoorHan designs without express written consent from DoorHan s.r.o. is strictly prohibited.
03 CAD / BIM Models & Engineering Blueprints
DoorHan provides authorized architects, civil engineers, and certified dealers with access to dimensional drawings, CAD files, and BIM families for the sole purpose of incorporating DoorHan systems into construction projects and procurement tenders.
All dimensions, wind load ratings, and thermal insulation coefficients provided online serve as design references. Final construction dimensions must be verified on-site by a licensed structural engineer or accredited DoorHan technical representative prior to fabrication.
04 Technical Inquiries & Dealer Accreditation
Submitting price requests, dimensional inquiries, or dealership applications through this portal does not constitute a binding sales agreement until officially confirmed by a signed commercial proforma invoice issued by DoorHan s.r.o. (Czech Republic) or DoorHan (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (China).
05 Limitation of Liability & Factory Warranty
DoorHan guarantees that all manufactured systems conform to applicable European (CE, EN 13241-1) and international manufacturing standards. Factory warranty coverage is contingent upon installation and regular maintenance performed in accordance with official DoorHan technical manuals by certified specialists.
DoorHan s.r.o. disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper third-party installation or unapproved modifications to structural door hardware.
06 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to the usage of this portal shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
For European transactions, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the Municipal Court in Prague (Městský soud v Praze), Czech Republic.
