External Insulated Dock Houses for Modern Logistics Facilities

DoorHan dock houses provide a complete external docking complex comprising a structural steel base frame, integrated dock leveler, dock shelter, and insulated outer cladding. By relocating the loading bay outside the main building envelope, dock houses free up valuable interior floor storage space and eliminate building thermal bridges.

  • Maximized Warehouse Area: 100% of internal building square footage remains usable for racking and inventory storage.
  • Superior Cold-Chain Isolation: Sectional doors close all the way down to the insulated floor rather than on top of the dock leveler, ensuring zero cold-air leakage.
  • Modular Assembly: Rapid bolt-together installation onto the building exterior without major foundation excavations.
  • Angle Configurations: Available in 90°, 60°, and 45° angled layouts to accommodate narrow yard maneuvering spaces.

Manufactured with hot-dip galvanized steel subframes and 40 mm polyurethane sandwich panels for maximum architectural longevity.
