DoorHan dock houses provide a complete external docking complex comprising a structural steel base frame, integrated dock leveler, dock shelter, and insulated outer cladding. By relocating the loading bay outside the main building envelope, dock houses free up valuable interior floor storage space and eliminate building thermal bridges.

- Superior Cold-Chain Isolation: Sectional doors close all the way down to the insulated floor rather than on top of the dock leveler, ensuring zero cold-air leakage.
